We have been
BUSY! Michael took the whole week off work for Thanksgiving so we could
paint,
build,
sand, and otherwise take over our house with projects. We have been exhausted, but feel very productive. Here's a shot of our garage, aka
"Michael's paint workshop" - this is how it's looked since Monday:
Not on my published to-do list, but something I've been working on for 2 months now, was finding a
cute pink and green bedding set for Shaelyn's bed that will match the room the girls will soon share. My search either found cute pink and green sets that only came in a twin size, were WAY too expensive, or had some kind of character on them (think Disney princesses...). I finally came upon this cute little set at Kohl's and was so excited to put it on Shaelyn's bed. I think she likes her new
pink, flowery, big girl bed too!
Here's the
big reveal. Shaelyn is excited both about Grandma & Grandpa being here
