Women are like lionesses at the gate of the home. . . . She guards that gate, and things matter to that family if they matter to her. . . . Sisters, you are each like the lioness at the gate. This means that there has to be some prioritizing. I was taught years ago that when our priorities are out of order, we lose power. If we need power and influence to carry out our mission, then our priorities have to be straight.

Supah Replacement

Shaelyn is very into security objects right now - crayons, her sippy cup, her books - whatever is "hers". It's not uncommon to find her curled up on her princess couch watching Signing Time with two crayons, a sippy cup, a toy, and Supah all grasped tightly in her arms. Supah used to come with us everywhere we went, but he has since been replaced.

Oh, don't get me wrong. He is still the #1 snuggly for nap times, bed time, and any time she needs comfort, but she has a preferred traveling companion now.

And yes, the pumpkin has made an appearance at church...
