Women are like lionesses at the gate of the home. . . . She guards that gate, and things matter to that family if they matter to her. . . . Sisters, you are each like the lioness at the gate. This means that there has to be some prioritizing. I was taught years ago that when our priorities are out of order, we lose power. If we need power and influence to carry out our mission, then our priorities have to be straight.

Twirling

One of my favorite movies is You've Got Mail. And one of my favorite parts in the movie is when Tom Hanks meets Meg Ryan for the first time and he sees a photograph hanging in her little book shop of her and her mother. He asks her, "What are you doing?". She gets her adorable Meg smile and says, "Twirling". Then later in the movie, there's a scene of her reminiscing about her mother and you see the two of them twirling together in the little book shop. Ever since I saw that, I wanted a little girl to twirl with. Well, here's the start of it...

Now I just have to teach her how to spot.
