Women are like lionesses at the gate of the home. . . . She guards that gate, and things matter to that family if they matter to her. . . . Sisters, you are each like the lioness at the gate. This means that there has to be some prioritizing. I was taught years ago that when our priorities are out of order, we lose power. If we need power and influence to carry out our mission, then our priorities have to be straight.

Get your Shaelyn fix

Since we're still waiting on my upload of photos/videos for Baby Talk - February edition, how about a funny video I never got around to posting?



I also took a series of photos/video around Christmas time of Shaelyn getting into my knitting yarn for the first time. It was only a little over 2 months ago, but I can already tell just how much bigger Shaelyn is now by watching the video. Crazy, right? Notice Maggie's fascination over the ball of yarn as well.

Clara is over playing right now, and the house is filled with the sounds of their laughter. It really is the cutest thing, seeing the two of them play together. They are laughing so hard, they are breathing heavy. I hope we always live close enough for these little girls to be friends!
