I am officially freaked out about H1N1. Anyone else with me on this? Like to the point that I'm scared to go to the grocery store. Michael's going to be getting on a plane soon and traveling with who-knows-what kind of people and diseases, and I'm afraid I'm going to ask him to burn his clothes and bathe in Lysol before I let him back in the house. I'm like 2 seconds away from looking like all the airline attendants on The Amazing Race and wearing my surgical mask everywhere. (Yes, I have one. Several, in fact. In our 72-hour kits.)
What do you think? Are you there with me?
PS - I can be a paranoid and hyper person, but I am not a germaphobe (quite the opposite in fact), so this is a new thing for me. To be washing my hands every 5 seconds and Clorox-wiping every surface I touch. And carrying around Clorox wipes in my bag to wipe on grocery carts, library books, church pews...
PPS - I did get a flu shot today. That made me feel like 5% better. But it was not the H1N1 vaccine.
